Please refer to the ACES Builders’ Warranty and Performance Standards, issued upon closing, to determine if your concern is covered under warranty. If you are unable to locate your handbook, please reach out to ACES directly here. If you’ve determined that your home concern is covered under your warranty, please email us.

Who do I contact for electricity, water, gas, or internet?
  • Electricity: We recommend you research which plan suits you the best by utilizing the following link.
  • Water: Contact the City of Houston here.
  • Gas: Contact CenterPoint Energy here.
  • Internet: Availability varies by address. Check with your preferred provider to see if there is availability. The most common providers are AT&T and Comcast.
